Molly
My family story: Molly came to us from a shelter. Her previous home was not safe. The first day she was with us, she jumped from our car and ran all over the neighborhood trying to escape. We eventually brought her safely home and she warmed up to us and began to accept that we were her forever family. It’s been two years without her, but we have 11 years of sweet memories with her. ~ Suzanne
Cosmo
Cosmo is such a happy go lucky guy. He loves everyone he meets, he knows nothing of personal space, and giving kisses is his favorite past time activity. He’s rarely left home alone, but when he is he can always be found upon return snuggled on the couch watching his favorite episode of puppy TV. ~ Ann
Minimis and Maximus
This mustached duo may have similar facial fur, but they have very different personalities. Minnie is “chill” (aka: lazy; according to Janet, her owner). “She will lie on her side and pull her food out of the bowl to eat it…one-piece-at-a-time.” As for her brother, Max, he is the designated alarm clock. “In the morning, when it’s time for me to wake up, or so Max thinks, he will sit on my pillow and put his paw on the side of my nose. He doesn’t meow, just sits there with his paw on the side of my nose.” ~ Janet
Rogers
Rogers, or Roggie, loves kisses and cuddles, especially while watching a movie with his family. He is learning Spanish and when his family sings the “Happy Birthday” song in Spanish, he sings along. “And he howls when we cheer in Spanish too!” ~Mariana

Chubby
Emily commissioned a portrait of Chubby for her parents. Chubby recently passed, but he was Mom’s favorite “child”. Chubby knew this and took full advantage! His favorite food was popcorn; but he was a bit of a “snob” and preferred homemade popcorn. His favorite toy was a little pink stuffed sock monkey, and when it went missing, no other toy could replace it.
“We would buy the same toy and destuff it and rough it up so that it looked worn down and he wouldn’t do it. So he never played with another toy again.” ~ Emily

Whiskey
Whiskey is a beautiful Gordon Setter and a hunter by nature. Her favorite toy is a stuffy squirrel house and 6 toy squirrels who live in it. She loves “hunting” them and bringing them to her parents to get treats. “ Whiskey is also known as the sock and slipper thief!” ~ Lisha
